Re @elonmusk Ya. Looks like the $7.5k Fed, $5k CO credit, $2.5K low cost CO credit and the $6K CO vehicle exchange are stackable (a total of $21k), but the $5,500 Xcel Energy rebate cannot be stacked with those.
