Sawyer Merritt: NEWS: Vietnamese EV maker VinFast (which expects to IPO this week) said their EVs finally have their official EPA ratings, and they're terrible.

Both have 82kWh batteries:

• VinFast VF 8 City Edition Eco: 207 miles (333 km)
• VinFast VF 8 City Edition Plus: 191 miles (307 km)
