——在 2023 年 7 月 20 日至 2023 年 9 月 30 日期间交付的特斯拉车辆上，可以获得 FSD 功能，但是前提是放弃旧车上的 FSD 功能；
——车主必须是目前拥有 FSD 功能的特斯拉车辆的合法注册车主，车主的车不能是正在申请取消或回购的状态；
——车主必须在 2023 年 7 月 20 日至 2023 年 9 月 30 日期间收到新购入的特斯拉车辆；
——车主必须选择接受放弃旧特斯拉车辆的 FSD，或者选择在购置新特斯拉车辆时，直接与特斯拉进行车辆交换，特斯拉官方会在新车交付预定日期的一周前，在旧车上取消 FSD 功能；
——FSD 只能转让一次，在旧车上取消 FSD 功能后将无法逆转，即使在提车后取消或者撤销购买车辆，也无法恢复；
——此次 FSD 转移不适用于二手车和商用车辆；
——仅适用于特斯拉后续交付的新车，不适用于之前交付的特斯拉车辆。
