根據韓國經濟日報援引該國官員的説法稱，該芯片將採用三星 4nm 製程工藝，將在 3 到 4 年內量產，該芯片將被用於實現 L5 級自動駕駛。

• 轉發 @常巖CY: 迄今為止唯一一本由馬斯克參與的本人傳記《馬斯克傳》終於開始在亞馬遜接受預訂，目前公佈的消息是新書將於9月12日開始發售。

本書的作者沃爾特·伊薩克森也大有來頭，他之前還寫過達芬奇傳、愛因斯坦傳和富蘭克林傳，並因喬布斯的官方傳記而為國內讀者熟知。

為了給新書造勢，艾薩克森最近也開始在個人平台上不斷透露馬斯克傳的部分內容。

比如圍繞最近大火的Cybertruck，他就講到了當初馬斯克力排眾議確定整車定型的細節：

大約6年前，馬斯克和特斯拉首席設計師Franz坐在一起，看着一輛福特皮卡。馬斯克説，這輛車很無聊，而他不喜歡無聊的事情。他提出了很多電影、科幻小説、電子遊戲的內容給大家，但遭到了大家的反擊。但最後馬斯克説，停，我們要做點新的東西，要讓我們的皮卡變得極其前衞。

而在2017年的一週星期五下午，馬斯克下達命令：我們將用不鏽鋼來生產Cybertruck。馬斯克説，“不鏽鋼的使用為皮卡的外觀開闢了新的可能性。”

“不像傳統使用沖壓機將碳纖維雕刻成具有微妙曲線和形狀的車身面板那樣，不鏽鋼則偏向於使用直線和鋭角。這就允許——在某種程度上也迫使——設計團隊去探索更未來、更前衞、甚至更刺耳的想法。”

全球最大的內存芯片製造商三星電子公司將為特斯拉公司生產下一代全自動駕駛（FSD）芯片，用於美國頂級電動汽車製造商的 5 級自動駕駛汽車。

行業官員週二表示，這些芯片將在三星的 4 納米節點上製造，將用於特斯拉的 Hardware 5 (HW 5.0) 計算機，該電動汽車製造商計劃在三到四年內大規模生產該計算機。

去年，特斯拉選擇台積電（TSMC）作為其HW 5.0汽車芯片生產的唯一合作伙伴。
